Your trips. A local workspace.

  • Import supported Excel flight logs into a desktop trip workspace.
  • Maintain an accounting master log and export it to Excel.
  • Export PDF trip reports.
  • Keep records locally on your computer.

FlightDesk does not provide live multi-user synchronization. Keep your own backups of local records and check the supported import formats in the release instructions.

FlightDesk 1.2.2 runs on 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. Download the ZIP, extract it to a local folder, and open FlightDesk.exe. No Python, browser, account or administrator privileges are required. Read the included READ ME.txt before importing records. This release includes aviation-themed artwork.

Before you start

This early release imports one specific .xlsx flight-log layout, with flight totals on row 24 and expense totals on row 50. It is not a general-purpose spreadsheet importer. Recalculate and save workbooks in Excel before import if cached values are stale.

The executable is unsigned; Windows may display an unknown-publisher warning. Verify the SHA-256 shown beside the download and follow your company software policy. Records stay in your local FlightDesk data folder; keep backups separately. This package includes a fictional demonstration and no real work records.
